📆Google Calendar Integration

Now with our Google Calendar integration, you can sync your Aloware calendar into a company-wide Google Calendar.

You can also share Google Calendar events on Aloware with the 'Watch Google Calendar' feature. Try it out!

🏵️Gong Integration

Aloware's integration with Gong is easier to set up and use than ever.

Step 1) Authenticate with a couple of clicks on Aloware's integration settings page (you must be an admin)

Step 2) Record a call and it will automatically push to Gong as shown below

📞Callback Pending Status

Did you know Aloware has automatic callbacks?

When a contact asks to receive a call back, Aloware will automatically perform the call and connect it to your user.

Now, we have a new icon that shows that a call is in progress for a callback, shown below.

You will now be able to edit SMS reminder after you created an appointment with a contact

🔈New recording playback speeds on Talk

Now you can be change the playback speed, including speeding up to 2x speed or slowing it down to half speed.

💡Smart Transcription Launch

Aloware's newest AI-powered product, Smart Transcription automatically turns calls into text.

Then, transcriptions are analyzed for key words, sentiment and categories so you know exactly what's being said and how.

🎈 Newest Talk Desktop App

We made significant improvements to the desktop app with an entirely new version, Talk.

📆 New Calendar

In the new Talk interface, you'll find a reimagined calendar interface allowing you to easily schedule appointments, set reminders and connect to your google calendar. Find it here

✉️ SMTP Email Integration

In the integrations tab, you can connect your shared company email address easily to send outbound emailing in Talk.

🌍 Local Presence

With Local Presence, you can increase your connection rate by using local area codes for calling and texting in all cities in the US and major cities in the UK and Canada.

☎ Call Waiting

This feature for personal lines allows an incoming call to be put on hold while you finish an exiting call. To find the setting go to Lines > Greet & IVR > User > Call Waiting.
