Gong integration, Google Calendar and more in v.10.60!

Last night we released the newest version of Aloware. Check out new features available now!

📆Google Calendar Integration

Now with our Google Calendar integration, you can sync your Aloware calendar into a company-wide Google Calendar.

You can also share Google Calendar events on Aloware with the 'Watch Google Calendar' feature. Try it out!

Aloware's integration with Gong is easier to set up and use than ever.

Step 1) Authenticate with a couple of clicks on Aloware's integration settings page (you must be an admin)

Step 2) Record a call and it will automatically push to Gong as shown below

Did you know Aloware has automatic callbacks?

When a contact asks to receive a call back, Aloware will automatically perform the call and connect it to your user.

Now, we have a new icon that shows that a call is in progress for a callback, shown below.

🐞We also released a number of backend performance improvements and bug fixes.
