Identify leads from Calendly forms

Outfunnel's web tracking snippet tracks website visits and records their lead source. While we already identify leads from HTML forms and link clicks to your marketing campaigns we now also identify leads from Calendly form fills.

Identifying a lead helps you to:

  • Understand where the lead came from and measure channel successs
  • Start tracking their website visits
  • Sync all of this data to your CRM so your sales team has full context

Here's how to get started:

  1. Ensure that Calendly is authenticated with Outfunnel and web tracking is active
  2. Embed Calendly on your website
  3. Fill in a Calendly form
  4. Check Outfunnel visitor feed for the new contact. The web visit and lead source get synced to your CRM within 10 minutes.

Lead scoring

Include activity data from your CRM in your lead scores

As you may already know, our lead scoring feature is great for scoring leads based on multiple data sources: email engagement from tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot and website visits.

One request we’ve been hearing frequently is using data from CRMs. For example, increasing scores for people that have attended a webinar or attended a booth at a trade show.

With CRM activity scoring this is now possible. Here's how it works:

  • Once you add a rule Outfunnel will score any existing and newly added activities for the contact
  • If the activity stops matching the rule, for example when you delete it or change it, then the score will also get removed
  • If you are on our new Basic or Professional plan this is included in your plan. If you are on Lite, Starter or Growth it's a $49 add-on. Reach out to our support if you'd like to add it to your plan.

Say hello to our new dashboard

We’ve gone from simply sending emails and syncing data to being a sales and marketing workflow platform and we needed a new “home” in the app to help you get an overview of everything that’s going on as well as anything that needs your attention.

Dashboard is the new landing page when you log in but you can also access it by clicking on the Outfunnel logo on menu

  • The new dashboard gives you a snapshot of all the activity with your marketing contacts that Outfunnel syncs or tracks.
  • This is our first iteration, and we’re already planning how to make the dashboard more useful to you. If you have specific ideas, please get in touch.
