Hey there! We're happy to announce the release of Points Expiry - a feature to help your customers make the most of the loyalty program.
⏰ Choose to have Members' Loyalty points expire after a certain amount of time has passed since they were earned: From 1 month up to 24 months.
⚙️ Go to your Points Programs settings > Points Expiry and select the expiration date for their points.
We hope that this new feature will encourage Members to use their points before they expire. Thank you for your continued support and we can't wait to hear what you think of it!

The Fonts panel gives you the flexibility to choose the perfect primary and secondary fonts for your brand and design preferences.

Get started by personalizing your email campaigns and add points balances, referral URLs, and VIP Tier Statuses to your customers' emails. You can also trigger email events based on Rivo Loyalty conditions in Klaviyo (such as when a customer gets or reaches a certain points balance)!
The Klaviyo integration is available as a feature in paid plans for an unlimited number of members.
