Hi there! We are happy to share that you now have the ability to choose who will earn points in your loyalty program.

If you have ever thought about how to make all your customers feel valued, we found the solution. Either Members only or Members and Guests, they could all receive points for actions in real-time: Placing orders, posting product reviews, and more.

We hope this new feature helps you customize and grow your loyalty program even further. Feel free to share any feedback - we'd love to hear from you!

New filters on the Customers page

Hi there! We have just released an update to our Customers page that includes the ability to filter customers by points and tiers.

  • Points (e.g. greater than 100)
  • VIP Tiers (e.g. Bronze & Gold)

We continue to improve the app to help you easily find and target the most valuable customers in your database 🎉

Introducing Points Expiry ⏳

Hey there! We're happy to announce the release of Points Expiry - a feature to help your customers make the most of the loyalty program.

⏰ Choose to have Members' Loyalty points expire after a certain amount of time has passed since they were earned: From 1 month up to 24 months.

⚙️ Go to your Points Programs settings > Points Expiry and select the expiration date for their points.

We hope that this new feature will encourage Members to use their points before they expire. Thank you for your continued support and we can't wait to hear what you think of it!

Hi there! Now Rivo makes it easier for members of your Loyalty program to share their referral URLs so you can keep customers spreading the word about your store and earning rewards through the Referral program.

• 📢 Enable WhatsApp as a new social media channel in your Referrals Program settings
• 🗨️ Set up a default message (optional)
• 🚀 Help members send the link to their friends and family - x10 faster!

Hey there👋 Our team has built a new feature to easily customize the fonts for your Floating Widget.

The Fonts panel gives you the flexibility to choose the perfect primary and secondary fonts for your brand and design preferences.

Simply navigate to the 'On-Site Displays' settings and select your desired fonts from the dropdown menu.

It's no secret that successful loyalty programs thrive when they're deeply embedded in the purchase journey. In the past this has been a hassle, dealing with custom javascript code and workarounds. Now you can show your customers how many points they can earn, right on the product page.

So far we've seen a 38% lift in engagement for stores that have enabled this new feature. By enabling prompts, visitors will now see smart, timely popups to encourage engagement on your loyalty program.

With Loyalty Prompts you'll be able to:

  • 📈 Encourage activity on your Loyalty Program

We're excited to share that you can now add your Rivo Loyalty data to your Klaviyo segments and email campaigns in just a few clicks!


Engage your customers by integrating Loyalty into the entire customer journey. Get started by personalizing your email campaigns and add points balances, referral URLs, and VIP Tier Statuses to your customers' emails. You can also trigger email events based on Rivo Loyalty conditions in Klaviyo (such as when a customer gets or reaches a certain points balance)!

The Klaviyo integration is available as a feature in paid plans for an unlimited number of members.
