  • Structure - Allows agents to collect external material/siding, and Frame associated with a property's structure.

  • Full Glass Coverage - Allows agents to determine whether or not the prospect wants to add Full Glass Coverage on their vehicles.

We're excited to inform you of several updates including new questions now available within your SALT forms! 🎉

🔗 New Integration & Enhancements:

  • SpamBlocker - Prevents IP addresses we've identified as spam from accessing SALT forms.
  • SpamFilter - Checks a subset of conditions to identify and mitigate spam and other potential abusive activities.
  • Google Recaptcha - Reduces unwanted submissions and enhances security.
  • Fenris/Estated Geocode Block - Automatically detects & blocks data requests when a consumer's IP state differs from their reported address state, reducing spam and protecting your data credits.

  • State Filter - Allows agents to filter out applicants who are not in a state you are selling in.

[PROSPECT 🙋]

  • Contact Verification - Requires prospects to validate their phone number before they can continue a submission.

[HOME 🏠]

  • Solar Panels - Allows agents to collect whether or not solar panels are present on the property, as well as how many, and the value associated.
  • Water Heater - Allows agents to collect heat source (electric/gas), type (tank/tankless), year of installation, and how many water heaters are present on a property.
  • Secondary Heating Source - Allows agents to determine whether or not a property has a secondary heating source, as well as what type (coal, wood stove, etc.).
