We're thrilled to bring you a revolutionary change in ShuttlerockCloud and the way you work with us - Managed Service Briefing.
You already know our Brief Assistant, and this takes it one step further - allowing you to fill out as much or as little of the brief as you like, before passing it over to us to take care of the rest for you.
It's easy as 1, 2, 3.
If there's anything further we need from you, we'll reach out and let you know.
Head over to the article at the link below for more details on Managed Service Briefing.
Today we've made some changes to how downloading works in ShuttlerockCloud - these updates will ensure a smooth user experience for all, so read on to see what's what 👀
Download all - downloads the following, all packaged together in a single .zip file, separated into folders per concept and variation
Creative only
Working files only (on eligible projects)
Here's all of the details on the latest updates to SRC - read on for all of the goodness!
The all-new modular briefing design shows you everything you need, and nothing you don’t.
With the brief now split up into clear and distinct sections, you’ll only see the sections of the brief which are required for you to fill out.
If you’d like to add more detail and give us more information, you can do so by clicking the “+ Add more” button at the bottom of the brief, and adding the relevant modules for the details you’d like to add.
We've completely overhauled our Creative page, with a redesigned UI to help organise and sort your creatives into logical groups, aiding with your review workflow.
Introducing built-in grouping to make creative easier to find and navigate between - especially useful for big multi-concept/multi-variation projects with large numbers of deliverables.
You now have the following views available:
Some further benefits:
Enjoy a new export experience with Structured Downloads, with all final deliverables in your project now organised inside a .zip file, into clearly named, nested folders, sorted by concepts and then variations within - see an example of the folder structure below:
That's all, folks! Keep an eye out for the next update coming to you soon!
Here's your roundup for all of the most recent updates to ShuttlerockCloud released in Q1 - grab yourself a coffee and settle in for a great read!
We've done away with the whole project overview page, introducing a flash new sidebar giving you an overview of your whole project at a glance, and streamlining the whole briefing experience - no more jumping back and forth between the overview page and concept pages!
The overview panel will serve you for concept navigation and creation - as well as accessing your brand profile.
These changes have a few other flow-on effects:
A very handy new addition to our Project View - the Utilities Panel lives in the Brief and Creative pages for all projects.
Summary and Support will be available for all users, always, and Assistant will be available when a brief was created using the Brief Assistant.
As mentioned further up, the "Primary language" question has been removed from briefing, and you can now have different languages for each concept in a project, rather than being limited to one language for the whole project.
The language for each concept in a project will be now be automatically detected based on the language of the text that you input into the Copy and Concept Idea fields.
If a language is ever detected incorrectly, reach out to your Shuttlerock rep and we can have it manually updated in a flash!
That's all, folks! Keep an eye out for the next update coming in hot on the heels of this one 👀
Coming very soon is an all-new modular briefing experience, which will change the way you brief for good - we can't wait to share it with you.
With our new review page navigation experience (which we've fondly dubbed the "review panel"), you can now see all deliverables requiring your review and attention at a glance - all in the side-panel!
See which deliverables are approved, have revisions added, and are yet to review, all organized to help you prioritize your review workflow.
You now have a summarized view of all deliverables in your project, organised by concept name and number, with the following information easily accessible:
And with the new clear CTA button at the bottom, you can now approve your ads or submit your revisions, right from the review page!
*Please note: the ability to add variations hasn't quite been built into the review panel just yet, but will be coming very soon! So continue to add variations from the delivery page for now as you're used to.
We’re excited to be introducing new layers of control into ShuttlerockCloud, enabling you to choose who can access your projects - enhancing security and accessibility for all.
In the “Share” settings for each project, we’ve split out the options into two sections:
Project Notifications - controls who in your team will receive email notifications about the project.
Project Access - controls who can access your project, through pages such as the delivery page and the review & revision page.
When it comes to Project Access, there's two options:
We're very excited to bring to you today the announcement that variations are now available for all projects! Including old projects and those with Copy Variations and/or Translations.
Previously projects like these were incompatible with our Variations feature - however thanks to a large piece of behind-the-scenes work, this is now possible.
The Variations feature has many benefits:
Happy 2024 from Shuttlerock! 🎉
Kicking things off with a bang, we've got a few enhancements to Briefing to share with you.
We've added support for rich text formatting and AI writing tools to the text field for Brief Assistant.
Any rich text formatting used in this field will be preserved by the brief assistant and reflected in the final brief once it's generated, and the AI writing tools will work as they do in the rest of the brief - saving time and energy!
We've added an icon to the toolbar in the rich text fields for inserting images, to make sure you don't miss this handy new feature!
As the year draws to a close, we're celebrating with one final goody-bag of features for you! Read on to discover the presents wrapped up in this release 🎁
Seamlessly move between Brief, Creative delivery and Review pages when you're head-down in project mode.
This new simplified and focused navigation will make it far easier to move around within the context of a project, speeding up the briefing and review process.
We're calling this new UX the "Project view".
In a two-part feature addition, we've introduced the following capabilities to the larger text fields in the brief:
In-line file uploading gives users the ability to copy/paste screenshots and images, and drag+drop other files into text fields in the brief. Provide visual references to text, elaborate on assets you've uploaded, the possibilities are endless!
AI writing tools gives you the ability to harness the power of a virtual assistant and ward off that pesky writers block! With options like complete, expand and optimise, take the load off of your briefing and let AI do the heavy lifting for you.
Last, but most certainly not least! We've introduced a new header to make it abundantly clear if you happen to be logged out when using SRC, in order to alleviate any access issues you may have when trying to complete an action and being inadvertently signed out of your account at the time.
Season's greetings! 🎉
We've been hard at work on a suite of new features for our review & revision flow, and couldn't be more excited to be sharing these handy new tools with you today.
Have a revision that applies across a section of video rather than just a single point? Now you can set a start and end timestamp for revisions!
You can also still apply the revision to the whole duration of your video, or a specific frame - whichever is most relevant to your changes.
Adding on to the existing freeform annotation tool, we've introduced the following common shapes to use as well - with all of the same line weight and colour options you're used to:
Once drawn, you can move, re-size, delete, and undo or redo any of these changes as needed - annotations galore!
