That's why we've decided to allow TRAFFIT users to automate this process - so that they can be sure that the candidates' data and consents are always up-to-date!
Automated candidate anonymization guarantees GDPR compliance and the security of the personal data of candidates processed in the ATS. It also saves time spent on monitoring and manual anonymization of candidates whose consents expire. And, as you know, time is money 😉
How does it work?
It's pretty simple.
You just set up the rules for auto-anonymization in the settings, and TRAFFIT will do all the work. You can monitor the queue of candidates to be anonymized in a dedicated tab:
