Schedule invoicing to your clients! Now, you can use Travefy's automation tool to send invoicing to collect service fees from your clients.

How it works:

  • Setting up Automation: Schedule the date and time to send an automated invoice to your client with invoicing details. You can also set the invoice to be delivered within a date range of the trip dates.
  • 💬 Message Delivery: Your client will receive the invoice details to their email inbox and can make the payment right away.

What's New:

  • 📝 Customizable Proposal Agreement Form: Create your own form to add questions, including CC Auth, that clients will e-sign when approving a proposal.
  • 🔏 Enhanced Security: Clients will now be asked to verify their identity with their email for e-signature forms when shared a link, providing added protection for agents.

Schedule chat messages for your clients! Now, you can set up chat messaging as an automation!

How it works:

  • Set up Automation: Schedule unlimited messages to your travelers before, during, or after a trip. You can select a specific date/time to send or automate it to send at a certain time within the trip dates.
  • 💬 Message Delivery: Travelers will receive the messages in the Trip Plans mobile app and on their online itinerary.
  • 📝 Save Messages in Your Library: Choose to manually craft a message to send or save messages in your Library to quickly reuse.

🎉 Now you can use a custom field as a smart field on any form!

What this means for you:

  • 📁 Automatic Client Profile Organization: A "smart field" has logic to send a form response to the custom field in the client's profile within your Contacts.
  • 📝 Autofilled Answers: If you already have information in a client's profile (i.e. an email address or name), the information will be auto-filled within the form that you send directly to the client.

Here's what you need to know:

🌐 Send Forms Anywhere: Send e-signature forms to your clients using shareable links. Now you can send forms via email, share them with a group, or even link them on your website!

🔏 Safe and Secure: Rest assured, your clients' data remains just as secure as before. We've maintained the same level of PCI compliance and security measures you trust. For this, clients will be instructed to confirm their email before signing an e-sig form.

Allow clients to set CC Auth amounts on a credit card authorization form!

💸 What's New:

  • Client Authorization Control: Before sending a CC Auth form, you can now turn on the option for your clients to set their own amount when completing their credit card authorization information.

If you don't wish to use this feature on a CC Auth form, you can leave the option unchecked and set a full auth amount that the client must authorize.

Your client's shared trip view via the URL just got an upgrade!

What's New:

  • Navigation & Layout: Now your clients can quickly expand to view each day and info section on their screen. They will also be able to jump directly to any event within the trip from the left-hand navigation sidebar.
  • Better Mobile View: When clients view an itinerary or proposal from their mobile device, they'll be able to easily scroll through and quickly jump to areas within the trip.
