Updates to Trip Plans App Download for Clients & Travelers

We made a new enhancement to your traveler's trip viewing experience!

Now, when your clients view their itinerary while on a mobile device, they'll see a convenient notification encouraging them to download the Trip Plans mobile app.

Release Notes:

  • 📱 Seamless Trip Viewing: Clients will no longer see an app option from a trip invite email, instead, they will just see an option to use the Trip Plans app once they open to view the itinerary.
  • 📧 Magic Link Email: Clients can still access the "magic link" email when viewing the App option from a desktop computer.

Travefy is thrilled to partner with Tres Technologies! This new integration will allow Tres users to import bookings directly into their Travefy account!

If you're a current user of Tres Technologies, save time by importing your client's bookings into Travefy! Once the booking information is imported, you can customize their trip further by using Travefy's trip builder to add photos/videos, city guides, and more!

The Trip Plans mobile app has a fresh, new look!

Now, after downloading the Trip Plans mobile app to an Android or iOS device, the traveler will have access to a new screen where they can view their trip, log into an existing Trip Plans account, or create a new account.

Add and tag Contacts, Family Members, or Children with No Email Address! 👥

Now, you can add a traveler to a trip with a name only and still be able to tag them on specific events. They will also appear in your Contacts so you can keep notes for that specific traveler!

Schedule invoicing to your clients! Now, you can use Travefy's automation tool to send invoicing to collect service fees from your clients.

How it works:

  • Setting up Automation: Schedule the date and time to send an automated invoice to your client with invoicing details. You can also set the invoice to be delivered within a date range of the trip dates.
  • 💬 Message Delivery: Your client will receive the invoice details to their email inbox and can make the payment right away.

Schedule chat messages for your clients! Now, you can set up chat messaging as an automation!

How it works:

  • Set up Automation: Schedule unlimited messages to your travelers before, during, or after a trip. You can select a specific date/time to send or automate it to send at a certain time within the trip dates.
  • 💬 Message Delivery: Travelers will receive the messages in the Trip Plans mobile app and on their online itinerary.
  • 📝 Save Messages in Your Library: Choose to manually craft a message to send or save messages in your Library to quickly reuse.
