A few months ago, we introduced the transformative Salary Bands module. Today, we’re thrilled to unveil its seamless integration into the People page.
Now, you can effortlessly view where each employee stands within your company's salary bands, utilise visual indicators to discern their positioning (whether it's at the beginning, middle, end, or outside the band), and access the Compa-ratio for deeper insights into employee compensation relative to their band position.
And remember, the option to switch to the market data view is always there for you.
We aim to improve your compensation strategy by allowing you to integrate external market data into our Salary Bands tool. This includes local surveys, specific industry data, or other sources.
This additional data will be displayed alongside our in-house data, ensuring a clear and cohesive experience when creating and fine-tuning your salary bands. This new feature enhances the precision and agility of your compensation planning, tailoring it to your unique needs.

We have simplified how we display data quality on the Market Data and People Page.
Gone are the 'Trust Level' ratings. Now, you'll see straightforward terms like "Excellent", "Strong" and "Fair". This change is designed to give you a quicker, clearer understanding of data quality, empowering you to make faster, more confident decisions.

Good news! We’re adding more flexibility to our Salary Bands. You now have the freedom to display either OTE or Base Salary market data within your salary bands. Even more, during setup, you can choose to base your bands directly on OTE. This allows you to consider the entire compensation package, not just the base salary, giving you a more comprehensive view of your compensation strategy.
We're constantly working on refining and expanding this feature. So, please don't hesitate to share your feedback - it truly shapes the direction of our improvements.
