We've spent some time doing some big bug fixes in the software that we think you're gonna love! 👏

🆕 New Features

• Introducing Google oAUTH for sending outgoing email via your Gmail account. We made it easier to set your Gmail account up with Sprout. This update includes a new display for setting up your email.

📈 Improvements

• If a User has a 0 for Lead/Shoots/Income for a given period, we will not send them a Scorecard email.
• Added a banner to prompt people to set their "brand voice" for use via Sprout AI.
• Added a "Remove Sample Data" button to list pages to make it more convenient to toggle off sample data in an account quickly.
• Once a client logs in on the front end, it will automatically close the sidebar.

🔨 Fixes

• In the Settings > Assistant section, adding or removing Users for Scorecard will now save correctly.
• "View in browser" will not longer display as part of the subject line for Email Campaign emails.
• Scheduled Email Campaigns will be sent at the correct time instead of a "random" time in the future.
• Fixed an issue that was causing Tone Shift to not always properly update/modify an email.
• Fixed an issue impacting some Users that made it so they couldn't interact with certain parts of their Gallery (such as the sidebar on the right-hand side, including favourites, folders, etc.)
• Favourite emails are no longer being cut off in the Activity Feed. There's also now a button to make it easier to copy an email address.
• We removed the variable for the unsubscribe link from the top of an email.
• Preview text will no longer get accidentally saved as part of Sprout Assistant templates.
• Fixed an issue causing full-screen editors on mobile from not working as expected (i.e. trying to edit a package description)

• Added a new toggle for Frontend Messages that lets you turn the profile photo on or off.
• Launched the beta for Sprout AI.
• Properly show incomplete nested tasks on the Dates & Tasks page on a Lead/Shoot.
• You can once again scroll down to save selected add-ons in a BP.
• HTML signatures will now render properly inside of Email Marketing emails.
• Thumbnail spacing and size will now save properly in a Gallery Template.
• Gallery Templates will now properly apply the status of the 'Favourites' toggle to the new Gallery.
• Stopped the brand selector from allowing you to select all brands in a Design Proof
• Custom rooms will now load properly in a Virtual IPS Gallery.
• Galleries will once again show a star badge to indicate which image is the featured image.
• You can once again attach a Coupon to a Lead or Shoot from the Global Emails section.
• The "Reschedule" email button on the Emails page will once again work.
• The Gallery Cover Preview will now load more consistently.
• The Sales Tax report will once again load.
• Duplicating Products and Services inside of a Price List will now properly clone the addons.
• Made some speed improvements to Designer Emails.
• Fixed the styling on the Business Health report.
• The Shop image header matches the client-facing side with the backend of the Price List.
• Public Questionnaires will now show an appropriate amount of padding around the Welcome Message.
• Fixed an issue where some Lab Order charges were higher than they should have been.
• The 'Send Later' button for Email Marketing will once again work as expected.
• iPad Air portrait mode will now show all available dates and the More Dates button.
• The tasks meow will now properly dismiss when you check a task to complete it.
• Removed some extra buttons displaying on a Gallery slideshow that shouldn't be there.
• You can once again right-click to create a download set in a Gallery when using Firefox.

• Updated the styling on our migration tools.
• Allowed the use of apostrophes in your coupon titles again.
• Made improvements on how a browser window handles the printing of questionnaire responses.
• Improved the Launchpad video functionality, making sure it stops playing when the player is closed.
• Scorecards no longer go out if there isn't any data to show on them.
• Fixed a styling issue caused by users with associated tags.
• Adjusted the client portal banners to prevent clipping at the bottom, making sure they're fully visible.
• Enabled right-click to save images in Galleries, but only for users with download permissions.
• Aligned email signatures in our pretty emails better with the content for a more aesthetic look.
• Added the 'Book Now' button back to the Client Portal on front-end client pages for easier access.
• Made editing Package Descriptions possible on mobile devices.
• Ensured shop image headers were consistently showing up for clients and matching the backend display.
• Streamlined the slideshow interface by removing some of the unnecessary buttons.
• Made some updates to the sizing of Virtual IPS rooms.
• Improved the gallery cover preview feature to ensure it works across all galleries.
• Ensured that Contract time stamps are being output in the proper timezone, instead of in UTC.
